We offer on site service, key-op training and troubleshooting at your location or your customer's. We represent YOUR company only in a professional manner
and all work performed by us will be confidential. Do you need a technician to do a few service calls when you are backed up? Then give us a call. We can
service just about all models of copiers, fax and printers. Rates start as low as *$65.00 per hour per machine (*requires purchase of 15 pack pre-paid
service calls to get this rate. The regular rate is $75.00 per hour per machine). Rates INCLUDE travel in our regular service area on the initial trip to the
customer on each PPSC. Rates do not include parts and expenses such as tolls and parking.
Our service area covers central to eastern PA, all of NJ, Staten Island NY, DE, and parts of Northern MD. We give you a quality service call every time, (there
are no hit and run calls). We provide you with technical experience that goes back to 1976 in the office equipment industry. We are trained on many current
and past products from many manufacturers. There is no catch or anything to fear. We have been providing other dealers with quality service, support, and
training for many years. REFERENCES ARE AVAILABLE.....
If you get a customer that has a type of machine that you can not service, give us a call and we will go out to the customer for YOU. This allows you to retain
the customer for a potential upgrade at a later date while keeping them in touch with you for their service needs. Freelance sales people, We can service
what you sell at very low rates and also provide a warranty for what you sell (unit will need to qualify for any warranties).
