to return for the same problem, we will allow up to 1.0 hour of additional troubleshooting time. Flat travel rate will apply. Parts are guaranteed for a period of 90 days

Each technician is factory-trained and certified to provide all levels of service including diagnostics and board-level repair. All work performed is guaranteed for quality and
workmanship.

From time to time we encounter machines that have suffered extensive damage as the result of mis-use, worn out beyond repair, power surge or
lightning strike. Situations occasionally arise where replacement of the machine is more practical than repair. We'll give you an honest opinion as to
whether or not the repair of your machine is a cost effective investment. In the unlikely event that your machine is found to be not worth fixing, you
will still owe us for the service call, travel and evaluation of the equipment and we will be happy to point you in the right direction for a replacement
unit even if the equipment is not purchased from us! Getting you up and running is our number ONE priority!

We offer a 10 pack service call package that works like this; you purchase 10 service calls for $850.00, each service call is good for service on any copier,
fax, printer or multi function unit and allows up to 1 1/2 hours per call . The pre paid service calls are good for 2 years from the purchase date. This is a
large savings over the regular per hour service call rate. Parts & supplies are additional if required. (5 pack also available for $475.00). Pre paid service
calls include travel in our regular service area on initial service call placed for each PPSC.
Scenario:
We visit your equipment and find that it needs a part. We will order the part and return to install the part under the same pre-paid service call up to the
1 1/2 time on the PPSC. You pay only for the part and travel (if applies). On the return.
You have exceeded the 1 1/2 hour allowance on the pre-paid service call for that visit. We can either use another pre-paid call or charge you only in
increments of 15 minutes (your choice).
