All work is guaranteed for a period of 90 days or a certain number of copies depending on the segment of the unit for the
same conditions as originally reported. If we need to return for the same problem, we will allow up to 1.0 hour of
additional troubleshooting time. Flat travel rate will apply. Parts are guaranteed for a period of 90 days against any

Ethics
From time to time we encounter machines that have suffered extensive damage as the result of mis-use,
worn out beyond repair, power surge or lightning strike. Situations occasionally arise where
replacement of the machine is more practical than repair. We'll give you an honest opinion as to whether
or not the repair of your machine is a cost effective investment. In the unlikely event that your machine
is found to be not worth fixing, you will still owe us for the service call, travel and evaluation of the
equipment and we will be happy to point you in the right direction for a replacement unit even if the
equipment is not purchased from us! Getting you up and running is our number ONE priority!
Choosing depot service means sending your equipment directly to our depot service center for maintenance or repair. Our
depot service center is located at 757 Route 113 Souderton PA 18964. At our depot service center, we use state-of-the-art
diagnostic and repair technologies to provide fast, efficient, high-quality repairs.
Each technician is factory-trained and certified to provide all levels of service including diagnostics and board-level repair.
All work performed at your location or at our depot service center is guaranteed for quality and workmanship.

satisfaction -- making sure you have the level of service that fits your business needs and keeps your
equipment in top working order.
Our service plans are customized to fit your business needs. We offer both depot (in house) and on-site
options for time and materials, pay-as-you-use plans and our popular annual maintenance contracts. We
also have offer a pre-paid service plan that will cover all of your equipment for one low price for service which
gives you big savings off our regular low rate. Read on below about this pre-paid option.
- OUR Pre-Paid Service Plans (Since 1991, a great idea for any size business):
Pre-Paid service calls are sold in blocks of 5 for $350.00 or 10 for $550.00. Unlike annual maintenance
agreements, Pre-Paid calls can be used on all products that Rapid Copier Service supports. When on the
Pre-Paid plan, All parts used are given a 10% discount reflected on the invoice and all work performed
carries a 90 day normal wear warranty. All Pre-Paid service calls allow up to 1- 1/2 hours service time per
call on that visit. Use them at multiple locations. Great for equipment that moves around to various job sites.
Scenario:
- We show up and are there 15 minutes and find the machine needs a part and need to return. There is
still 1 hour and 15 minutes left for us to complete the call under the original Pre-Paid call. Rapid
Copier Service will customize any agreement to meet your specifics needs.
